• Create new playlists (!newlist X)
• Delete playlists (!dellist X)
• Play from a list, shuffling tracks endlessly (!playlist X)
• Stop playing from a list - same as just stopping playback (!stop)
• Add tracks to a list (!addlist X URL)
• Remove tracks from a list (???)
• Lists are saved to file / files
• Add incidence percentage; music plays randomly, N% of the time, silent the rest of the time
